Click & Collect
1. How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect is free in both of our stores: Idéafête Mougins and Idéafête Villeneuve-Loubet. You order online, we prepare your order, then you receive a message as soon as it's ready. All you have to do is come and pick it up at the store, without waiting.
Local Delivery (< 24h)
2. Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we offer local courier delivery in less than 24 hours. This service is available in the 06, Monaco, and Saint-Tropez and is a paid service. It's the ideal solution for your last-minute parties, private or professional events.
3. What areas do you deliver to exactly?
We deliver to the main cities and towns on the French Riviera: Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Grasse and their surroundings, as well as Monaco, Menton, and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Delivery availability is automatically indicated when you confirm your order.
4. Do you deliver throughout France?
Not yet. For now, our delivery service is exclusively local (06, Monaco, Saint-Tropez). National e-commerce will be available soon.
Balloon Bar & Balloon Art
5. Do you offer a Balloon Bar?
Yes, our Balloon Bar offers:
- helium inflation for your balloons,
- creation of ready-to-go balloon bouquets,
- large-format decorations (arches, columns, walls, and balloon garlands).

6. Do you create balloon arches and decorations in the region?
Yes, we create and install balloon arches, balloon ceilings, walls, and garlands for your private events, boutiques, hotels, and businesses throughout the French Riviera, in the 06, Monaco, and around Saint-Tropez. You can see examples on our Balloon Art page.
Stores & Advice
7. What do you offer in-store?
In-store, our teams offer personalized and free advice to help you prepare your parties: decoration ideas, themes, colors, balloons, tableware, accessories, etc. We can also assist you with preparing large orders (birthdays, weddings, private parties, corporate events, associations, town halls…).

8. Where are your stores located?
Idéafête has two stores on the French Riviera:
On each store page, you'll find contact details, access maps, and detailed opening hours.
9. Do you offer parking or easy access?
Yes, our stores are located in areas with easy access and nearby parking, convenient for picking up your Click & Collect orders or loading your decorations and balloons.
Opening Hours & Practical Information
10. What are your opening hours?
Our stores are generally open every day from 10 am to 7 pm, except Sundays. Hours may vary during holidays or public holidays. To check real-time hours, consult our Google listings or store pages: Mougins and Villeneuve-Loubet.
Disguises & Costumes
11. Do you offer disguises and costumes?
Yes! Idéafête offers a wide selection of disguises and accessories for adults, children, and babies: superheroes, movie characters, Halloween costumes, themed parties, carnival, school parties, EVJF/EVG (bachelor/bachelorette parties) and much more. 12. Can I find a last-minute disguise?
Yes, absolutely! Our stores in Mougins and Villeneuve-Loubet are perfect for finding a last-minute disguise. We are close to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and the entire French Riviera. You can come directly to the store, try on, and leave immediately with your outfit.
13. Can I reserve a disguise online?
For now, disguises are only available via free Click & Collect in our stores or for purchase on-site. For more information, consult the Click & Collect section.
14. Do you have accessories to complete my costume?
Yes! We offer a wide range of accessories to complete your costume: wigs, makeup, hats, glasses, masks, jewelry, fluorescent accessories, fake weapons, etc. You can browse our accessories here: Party Accessories.
15. Do you offer makeup or kits to complement costumes?
Yes, we offer party makeup, FX kits, children's palettes, glitter, and products suitable for young and sensitive skin. Discover our products on the page: Makeup & FX.
Fireworks & Firecrackers
16. Do you sell fireworks and firecrackers?
Yes! We offer a selection of fireworks, Roman candles, sparkling fountains, firecrackers, and light effects to liven up your evenings, weddings, birthdays, and events.

17. Can I buy fireworks last minute?
Yes, you can come directly to the store in Mougins or Villeneuve-Loubet. We regularly welcome customers from Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, and the rest of the 06 looking for fireworks at the last minute.
18. Is an ID card mandatory?
Yes. For any purchase of Category F2, F3, or equivalent fireworks, a PHYSICAL ID card is obligatorily required. Digital versions, screenshots, photos, or scans are not accepted.
19. Can I order fireworks online?
For now, fireworks are not sold online and must be purchased exclusively in-store, due to safety and storage regulations.
20. Do you provide usage advice?
Yes! In-store, our advisors can help you choose the right fireworks for your event (wedding, private party, terrace, garden…) and provide safety and implementation advice.
